Delivery Info

UK Delivery

We strive to dispatch all our items within 24 hours of acceptance of the order and we make every effort to deliver our products within 7 working days.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the delivery of the items once they have been handed over to the Royal Mail. However, in the unlikely event that the parcel goes missing, let us know and we will do all we can to assist you to resolve the matter.

Any problems with your order must be brought to our attention within 28 days of ordering to enable us to assist with your enquiry.

Postage and Packaging

Our prices are based upon the Royal Mail First Class Packet prices. The rates are calculated by the weight of the item and we add a small amount to cover the cost of packaging. Prices start at £1.00.

International Orders

We currently only deliver to the U.K, but if you are interested in ordering from overseas please email us at info@magicallydesigns.co.uk.

Returns

If you wish to return any item please contact us by emailing info@magicallydesigns.co.uk. Please give your name and address, order details and the reason for the return.

All items are covered by our *shiny* seven day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your product, you may return it for a full refund (less any delivery charges). The items must be returned to us in their original condition as we will only return on items returned to us as received. To help us process your request as quickly as possible please include either your original dispatch note or a note with your Order No and your Name and Address on it. Please note that all customers are liable for the cost of the return of the item. we recommend that you get a free *Certificate of Posting* from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in transit.

Cancellation and Changes

If you wish to make a cancellation or change your order please email info@magicallydesigns.co.uk within 2 days of you receiving an order confirmation email from us. Orders that have not been processed will be able to be cancelled or amended. If the order has been processed and dispatched then you may wish to return the items for a full refund (less any delivery charges).

Out of Stock

If your chosen item is out of stock we will email you to inform you of the situation and refund any money that we owe.

Refunds

Returns and cancelled items (accepted by us) will be repaid within 30 days of cancellation/return.
